9. International Data Transfers

Our servers and processors may be located outside the EU/EEA. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we apply one of the following safeguards:

  • Adequacy decisions (where applicable)
  • Binding Corporate Rules (where a processor maintains them)

We do not transfer data to countries without adequate protections unless SCCs or equivalent mechanisms are in place.


10. Security

Our security posture is governed by our SOC 2 Type II certification and ISO 9001 quality management framework. Controls include:

  • Role-based access controls following the least-privilege principle
  • Vendor security assessments prior to onboarding

  • Incident response plan with defined breach notification timelines

In the event of a personal data breach that poses risk to individuals, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours (GDPR Art. 33) and notify affected individuals without undue delay.

No system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but we are committed to continuous improvement aligned with SOC 2 and ISO 9001 standards.


11. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact privacy@techb2bshoot.com and we will delete it promptly.
